We’ve got programmes coming to support females 14+ to get more active through fun activities indoors – the only males present will be on our coaching team. Over the course of 8 weeks we’ll do a different variety of stuff to get you moving more, to have fun while doing it, and to possibly make new friends. After the 8 weeks, we’d love you to be able to start our couch to 5k and will offer you a big discount to help
