What we’re about
we are great believers in the benefits of activity on all sorts of aspects of our life. We love getting out with friends (new and old!) in the outdoors, and believe that it should always be fun and inclusive. A massive part of what we do is trying to make sure everyone’s supported, but in particular the person at the back of the pack!
We are all huge advocates of the benefits of exercise on our mental health. As a result we are all proud to be England Athletics Mental Health Ambassadors. Where possible we will work with organisations such as MIND to promote mental health awareness through campaigns such as #RunAndTalk. Our guided runs in particular are great to help your mental wellbeing!
